Well as you mentioned that it was your last attempt, I really doubt if you can continue writing for the paper again until you may have to re-register yourself for the course afresh. Yet you can contact the University directly to inquire about the provisions available in your case.

Hi Neha, the courses that you have asked for are rare. such courses you can easily find in Australia and UK if you are interested. If you are interested in the countries mentioned by me then here are some universities you can check out.
Australia - La Trobe, Macquarie university, University technology sydney

There are around 40 universities in Australia. No official ranking of Universities. The ones named by Sagarika are all G-8 universities which are mostly research based universities. You can keep your options open with all G8 and ATN universities but it will all depend on your percentage in your last qualification. And also what is your financial situation.
