Hi Neha, the courses that you have asked for are rare. such courses you can easily find in Australia and UK if you are interested. If you are interested in the countries mentioned by me then here are some universities you can check out.
Australia - La Trobe, Macquarie university, University technology sydney
UK - Aston, Middlesex and Birmingham

There are around 40 universities in Australia. No official ranking of Universities. The ones named by Sagarika are all G-8 universities which are mostly research based universities. You can keep your options open with all G8 and ATN universities but it will all depend on your percentage in your last qualification. And also what is your financial situation.

Let me answer the last part of the question first, that is PG from MICA equivalent to MBA from IIM. Well, one cannot compare the two as they both are two different entities offering different programs altogether.
