That's a good score indeed. If you are confident of improving your score next year than you can take a drop of 1 year and prepare well and improve your score to 98+ and a chance of getting calls from IIMs (older ones). At this score also you can get calls from some good B-Schools like MDI, IMI-Delhi, IIT-KGP/Madras, TAPMI and BIM-Trichy. So, it's up to your priorities which step you need to take.

As your graduation percentage is lower than 50%, it will be difficult for you to appear for GATE exam and get into a decent college for M.Tech. You can look for direct admission in private colleges offering Master's degree.
