Based on your graduation, you can apply for jobs in government and PSU organizations. If you want, through Combined Defense Services(CDS) exam, you apply to become commissioned officer in Army, Air Force & Navy. You can also prepare for a year and give IAS/IPS exams. Even you can think of doing MBA as regular candidate through CAT/MAT exam.
Merely doing a course in computers or pathology or any other will not offer good career and income. What you require is to seriously prepare for any one of the mentioned job exams. Do not be in hurry, work hard and give your self time, you will succeed in having good career.

Keeping your concern in mind, I would say that it is not be possible to branch off into MBBS with a nursing degree. There is no lateral entry in MBBS. You need to study the whole course and have to get in through merit. You need to take the medical entrance tests.
