Yes, the Madurai Kamaraj University does offer a bachelor degree in Commerce. It is a full time course of 3 years and is available in two languages: Tamil and English. The admission in this program is merit based, depending on the marks you obtained in class 12th.

To prepare for NATA go through your 10-12th Physics, chemistry, Maths textbooks once again, also try a few drawing manuals. General aptitude and knowledge about buildings and materials would be helpful.
