The admission process and criteria vary from one institution to another. The minimum composite score required for admission also depends on the particular program and the competitiveness of the applicant pool. Therefore, without knowing the specific institution and program you are applying to, it is difficult to determine your chances of admission.
However, a composite score of 719.50 and a percentile of 96.50 in February MAT are generally considered to be good scores. If you do MBA abroad, you will get global exposure and multicultural classroom, where you will get varied practical experiences. Whereas in India, you will find similar study method and peer. But, institutions like IIM-A in India is as good as overseas colleges. They have excellent placements. It will open opportunities for you in that country as well. Besides, that, degree might be looked up highly in India, if the institute has global popularity. So, even if you plan to do it from outside, make sure that the institute has some reputation globally about its quality education. In India you will be getting opportunities but not that good as you might get outside.
