Well, I would say, it depends on how 'not good' you are. If you are comfortable with basic calculus, that is you can differentiate and integrate stuff ( not those tricky integrations too), you will get along just fine. What matters is you check whether you like eco or not. Go through some +2 level micro and macro textbooks, to get a flavour of the subject. If you already had eco in your +2 level, then you already know. Just don't take eco, because maybe there wasn't any other option. If you genuinely love the subject, by all means, go for it. Maths won't be a hurdle. Good luck.

I would suggest you to rethink on your decision. What makes you interested in Political Science after BCA. I feel, you should think about getting employable rather than getting qualifications. Still if you wish to diversify, then go for M.A. Political Science directly based on BCA.

BFA and Art courses are generally not available through distance learning mode. I would say that Arts is a Science which should be learnt through a regular course.

Medical and Law courses are the best options for earning point of view. If you are from Science stream with Biology, than can appear for NEET UG exam for MBBS course. While the CLAT is the entrance exam for pursuing BA+LLB/ BBA+LLB/ B.Com+LLB are the next one. Hence you can plan accordingly.
