No, according to the eligibility criteria set by MCI, only those candidates who will qualify the NEET PG entrance test will be able to participate in the Andhra Pradesh NEET PG counselling process. NBE or the conducting authority of NEET PG will send the list of qualifying candidates to the Andhra Pradesh NEET PG counselling authorities. Based on that, the merit list is released and only those candidates whose names feature in the merit list are eligible to participate in the NEET PG counselling process for Andhra Pradesh.
