Just by collecting certificates or Not doing so many certifications, doesn't guarantee a decent salary. What is more important is how much proficient knowledge one has on the subject and also, whether all the certification courses are of the organisation' s requirement for one person. Apart from these, individual personality traits and bargaining power, coupled with approach and confidence matters to get a decent salary.
