As of my knowledge cutoff of September 2021, IIST has discontinued ISAT and has started accepting JEE Advanced scores for admission to their undergraduate programs. However, to answer your question, when ISAT was conducted, the application form was available both online and offline. It usually had a format of two slots, each lasting three hours. 2020 onwards, the officials of CAT decided to conduct the exam in three slots between 8 AM and 4 PM.
