India Today has ranked the University 191 for "BTech", 99 for "BCA" & 55 for "Law" courses. The admissions are based on both merit & entrance exams. During the recent placements, the highest package offered was INR 70 LPA to the school of Media Studies. For the School of Technology, the highest package was INR 27 LPA. Overall, it is a good university.
