see graduation is very much necessary whether u go for the job or not. even the graduation will help u in the future in the matter of promotions.
see at present u can enter into the bank jobs by the following methods.
1. Through IBPS examIBPS is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. it use to be conducted 4 times in a year and the score card is valid for 1 year.
here 19 public sector banks like PNB, OBC, BOI etc other than SBI and ASSOCIATED BANKS OF SBI
IBPS use to held for the :
PO, Management traineeClerkSpecialist officersassistant gradeofficer scales at diff level
so only for clerk and assistant grade +2 is enough qualification.
but if u wanna have a better platform like PO, MT, Specialist Officer etc then u must do ur graduation.
The eligibility criteria is graduation from recognized university and your age should be between 21-30 years.
2. u can apply in the private banks like ICICI, HDFC, CANARA etc
3. U have to apply separately for the SBI and Associated banks of SBI- SBOP,SB0M,SBOH,SBJ etc
for preparation u can join coaching and also
You could use magazines such as CSR, Competition Master, Banking Service Chronicle, etc.
