If the question is raised out of deep concern about quality of education and real education to enrich the life and career then one has to look beyond the 'Pune university', 'building', 'infrastructure', 'library', 'scenic environs', 'well-maintained gardens', etc. as these cannot be criteria for selection of a college. Whether it is Pune university or Delhi university or Calcutta university, there are colleges which are below average, average and above average. The quality is directly related to the determined by the people in governance, the type of people in the leadership roles and the bunch of teachers and their vision and exposure, and not how many are PhD holders and how old or young they are. many of highly reputed and excellent colleges of yesteryear are sadly just a name today.
Best will be to talk to at least 20-30 different students from the college who are from different streams, batch, gender and hail from different geographical locations. Once you do this exercise the good and bad points will emerge which will help you to take the right decision.

After completing BCA you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCA etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in computer field, then you may pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your prpfile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.
- This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
