If the question is raised out of deep concern about quality of education and real education to enrich the life and career then one has to look beyond the 'Pune university', 'building', 'infrastructure', 'library', 'scenic environs', 'well-maintained gardens', etc. as these cannot be criteria for selection of a college. Hello sourabh,
Your % in 10th is good so congratulations you got first division with good %.Yes you can take admission.the eligibility for diploma is 10th and duration is 3 year also if you done 12th with pcm/ITI then you will get lateral entry in second year of diploma and duration is 2 year.

After completing BCA you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, MCA etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in computer field, then you may pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA
