Step 2: Determine if you want to take UPSC coaching or self study. (My suggestion if you have your blood relation know about or in preparation of UPSC take their suggestion or go for coaching classes)

You need to enroll for a single window counseling program called TNEA which is conducted by Anna University. Through this, you will be allotted seats into Anna University and its affiliated college based on the board exam marks. TCE is also affiliated to Anna University and so you need to apply for TNEA. But it's better that you opt for that course which you have studied a little bit in 12th.
So you may go for BCA/B.Tech but in my opinion, opt for any computer tech programming related course as it has a good scope in future.
