As per I know, only Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) and Karnataka Management Aptitude Test KMAT is left, which is scheduled in coming July. The registrations forms for both KPGCET & KMAT is available till June 10.

No, they do not conduct any counselling. You will have to apply separately to the states you're interested to study in, research on their admission procedures by visiting that State's DTE website/calling their DTE office. Application procedure will start now in most states so do your research on eligibility criteria for different states and be ready. Good luck.

Usually, There is very simply criteria for the BBA. As you have to only completed your 10+2. But still there are some universities which are required some entrance exam. Usually these exams are not so hard. Some of the university with entrance are DU, IPU and Some take simple interview process.

Going for MBA can have two directions, one you can pursue MBA as a fresher and work or two you gain some work experience and later, figure out what to do. If you want to go the first way, I believe you should appear for CAT 19/20, and check what is your current status compared to other aspirants around the country. It will give you a rough idea of where you stand. You have around 5 months which is good enough for you to prepare.
