As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
Please remember it is not possible to get admission in MBA program without valid scores in CAT, MAT, etc.
However, it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years ater completing graduation and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
Please note that, the final selection in MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.
3. Performance in group discussions and personal interview.
4. Work experience if any.
After completing MBA in banking and finance you can look out for exciting careers in banks, financial consultancies and financial institutions.
You can get involved in consumer and investment banking, institutional finance, merchant banking, corporate finance and international finance.
MBA professionals in human resources often get jobs in a variety of corporate positions related to human resource management.
Another role of HR is designing and implementing performance management systems so that it can perform employee career planning, counselling and appraisal.
I would suggest that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best specialization as per your interest and liking.

USA and Canada are the best. Although the question is too early. First, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, game design, graphics, storyboarding, 3d modelling, texturing and lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Typically you should have good sketching skills to be able to make a sound career in this (if you work hard you can improve your drawing skills tremendously). Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose.
