If we talk about you, on the basis of your civil engineering you can go for two branches- Architecture as well as Management.
Now if you have creative mind then go for M.Design/ M.Arch and in case you are a good manager than go for MBA with a specialization of your choice as there are many specializations available these days and most of them have a very good scope.

Better would be that you go for some courses at post graduation level like M.Sc, MBA, MCA etc on the basis of your B.Sc.
We have many specialized M.Sc available these days that are having too much of career scope.
