Nishi first check the cutoff and see this what college is being offered to you. If the college and the branch you are offered satisfies you go for it otherwise go for some good private university like Sharda, Lovely, K R Mangalam etc. Some of them also offer admission as well as scholarships on your CG PET rank. Check their websites for more details.

Pratik chances depend upon your interest as well as you fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
If we talk about you, on the basis of your civil engineering you can go for two branches- Architecture as well as Management.
Now if you have creative mind then go for M.Design/ M.Arch and in case you are a good manager than go for MBA with a specialization of your choice as there are many specializations available these days and most of them have a very good scope.

Your query is not clear. Are you interested in doing Maths at 12th level? If yes, then you will have to do 11th and 12th (all subjects) again.
Better would be that you go for some courses at post graduation level like M.Sc, MBA, MCA etc on the basis of your B.Sc.
We have many specialized M.Sc available these days that are having too much of career scope.

Parmeet it seems like you din't give any entrance test for admission in B.Tech till now? Don't worry. There are many good universities where you can go for B.Tech with their test or directly on the basis of your marks in 12th. Check the websites of some of the universities.

You can go for B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Sc, BHM, BJMC based upon your interest. Some universities offer admission in these courses based on tests some give direct admission based on marks in 12th.

Min.eligibility for admission in MBA is 50% in graduation. For admission to IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis, etc you need to give tests like CAT/ MAT etc. For admission to universities like HPU, KU, LPU, Sharda etc apart from CAT/ MAT, they have their own tests or admission is through GDPI or marks in graduation.
