It's a misunderstanding. There are two civil service exams, Preliminary and Main. Prelims is the screening test only and is objective type of examination. Negative marking system is there. The syllabus: - Indian and World History, Current affairs, Basic mathematics and English (10th standard level). Once you clear Prelims, you can continue with mains.
The Mains examination is descriptive type. We have option to choose any subjects from given list. For example, an MBBS graduate who is interested in history can select history as an optional subject. The questions will be based on optional subject.

Dear Sandeep , As the question is directly to a particular institute , I feel it would be better , you could have directly communicate to them on e-mail or phone , hopefully you could get a faster response . Unfortunately we will not be able to speak on course fee structure of some particular institute but yes if you are asking about the career scope after animation/VFX and multimedia course commonly, its huge , there is always an opening for the right candidate .

There are B.Sc. and BA programs in psychology. BA Psychology focused on theories and B.Sc. is on practical as well as theoretical aspects. B.Sc. Psychology is an applied psychology course. It will be better if you choose PCB.
