As such, all of them are good colleges in Delhi University, but in this four colleges I would prefer syama Prasad Mukherjee and Mata Sundri College over others, because they are giving really good exposure as such whatever you choose you won't regret, because it is Delhi University. All the best.

You may get CSE in special / CSAB rounds but I don't think you can get CSE in JoSSA round. You can get other branches in NIT-Hamirpur. If your home state is himachal pradesh only, then you have good chances in CSE.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Accounts/ research / academics/teaching area then M.Com is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is better.
