You have to score at least 140+ marks to get admission in YMCA CSE branch. Now seeing the previous year cut-offs of this college, there are chances that you may get Electronics Instrumentation and Control Engineering, as well as there are little chances that you may get Mechanical Engineering as well in Round 1 counselling. Speaking of Round 2 counselling, you may get branches such as Electrical Engineering and civil engineering, although your rank will be very near to closing rank. The university offers admission to a total of six specializations in the B.Tech course. I have no idea about Andhra Pradesh colleges what is the eligibility criteria, is there any scholarship, etc. But I can suggest you Chandigarh University where you will get admission very easily. If you want to get scholarship then you can apply for CUCET Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test & eligibility criteria for taking admission in CU is you must have score minimum 60% marks in your 12th class from any board.
