• The admission requirements shall be relaxed by a maximum of five per cent for an employee of the University nominated for Master and Doctorate study from other SAUs/Institutes of Gujarat as well as employees nominated by State/Central Government or ICAR and candidates having three years' experience.


• A candidate availing benefit of seats earmarked for the categories shall be required to produce the certificate of his belonging to a particular group i.e. ST/SC/SEBC etc., from a competent authority of Gujarat State.


• The candidates belonging to SEBC should produce the "Non-creamy layer certificate" in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority of the Gujarat State with validity as per the resolution No. SSP/122015/455246/A Dt. 26/04/2016 issued by the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of Gujarat, Gandhinagar, failing which, the candidate will not be considered against reserved seats for SEBC category.

5. Mandatory Courses (MC) will have to be chosen from the topics such as Environmental Sciences, Indian Constitution, Essence of Indian Knowledge Tradition, Induction Training, Auto-CAD including attendance/participation in seminars/workshops (each of minimum of 12 contact hours).
