During 2022 placements, 181 out of 219 BA LLB students were placed. Earlier, 179 out of 219 students were placed during 2021 placements. For LLM, 10 out of 35 were placed during 2022 placements. In 2021, 7 out of 35 LLM students were placed. KJSAC offers PhD courses in Hindi, Gujarati and Commerce (Business Policy & Administration). These doctoral courses are affiliated and conducted by Mumbai University and have a total of 24 seats against all of them in total. 

Yes, up to 5% relaxation is given to minority group candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) at KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce during the admission.

Yes, as stated by the norms of the Maharashtra government, 50% of the total seats at KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce are reserved for Gujarati Linguistic Minority.

KJSAC offers a wide range of UG, PG and doctoral-level courses in Arts and Commerce such as BA, BCom, MA, MCom and PhD. Apart from UG, PG and PhD courses, K J Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce also offers certificate programmes and admission to Class 12.

The last date of UG and PG admissions at KJSAC is already over. The final (third) merit list for MU was released in July.

KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce course admission in all the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes is based on marks obtained by candidates in qualifying examinations. There is no rquirement to submit any entrance test score by candidates if they want to take admission in any of the programme offered by the college. However, KJSAC PhD admission is entrance based. Candidates who want to take admission in the PhD programme offered at KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce must appear for Somaiya Vidyavihar University PhD Entrance Test (SVU-PET) followed by the Personal Interview.
