As you have already decided to pursue the course through distance / correspondence mode, I don't think location will be a barrier. Such courses are basically designed for the individuals who cannot change their location for the course due to their work or some other reason.
As per my search I could find out only one institute offering M.Sc Physics (Correspondence), i.e., Institute of Technical and Professional Studies. You may visit the official website for course related details.

let me suggest something quickly for you.
- Go to google groups and search MD MS types of groups, once found them joni the group and then you can ask the members for the material.
- Secondly search deep in Google with multile search sentences you can get something usefull - Key is passiantence.
- Third is Go to any Books library and pick up books related to MD/MS enterance. on the back of each book there would be something usefull available like website, groups names etc.

As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education.
