Some reviews on Shiksha indicate that placements can be pretty good here with some of the reviewers mentioning that huge percentages are placed, and companies such as Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, etc. visit there for recruitment (although few reviews contradict this).

Find the reviews specifically for M.Tech specialisation that you would like to pursue at MESCOE. This would give a better insight into the strengths and weakness of the programme of study.
