Hi.Satyam Fashion Institute's fee refund policy is as follows:

Un-aided courses: 75% of the tuition fee is refunded if the application for withdrawal is submitted before the programme starts or before the admission process closes, whichever is earlier. If the application is submitted after the programme starts or after the admission process closes, 50% of the tuition fee is refunded. The entire fee is forfeited if the application is submitted after the programme starts or after the admission process closes.

Deposits: All deposits are refunded.

To request a fee refund, a student must submit a written application on plain paper along with the fee receipt. The application should clearly state the reason for cancellation and be signed by the Head of the Department. The department office should "inward" the application.
