Yes, Ramadevi University is considered as one of the best Universities in Bhubaneswar Since there are a lot of students, the classroom is well-equipped with microphones and good ventilation.

Yes, you can get into Ramadevi University with 70% in class 12th but I would like to inform you that your chances of being admitted to Ramadevi Women's University with 70% are  lower.
