Please refer the eligibility criteria for the AFCAT
You must have a minimum of 60% marks each in Maths & Physics at 10+2 level. Graduates (Three Year Course) in any discipline from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks
or, BE/B Tech (Four Year Course) from a recognised university with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grades.

I might sound unclear to you, but the reality is that it totally depends on you and your skills. What skills you are best in? Which specialization do you personally think of as very easy to do?
