Eligibility conditions are:
(a) Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in the 10+2+2 or 11+3 pattern
(b) Having studied at least two subjects at the bachelor’s degree level, to be later taken as school teaching subjects.

There are no universities that offers LLB program through distance mode. The LLB course is regulated by the Bar Council of India.
Instead of seeking distance learning, you can go for Part-time.
