College placements start from 6th semester onwards till 8th semester. 150+ companies will call for hiring students. The placement department is also good and will train the best from highly qualified lecturers. Like Infosys, TCS, Thought works, Amadeus etc. So many companies get visited. Almost all students get placed in companies getting all employed.

I do not know about the academics in CS. I was from another department. If you choose CS you will definitely get placed, given that you are famous in the college I mean, you should hangout with professors, host programs etc. Yes you will have to pay the college 20 to 25% of your CTC package if I am not wrong. They will have you take a compulsory training before placements and you will have to cough up some 8 to 10k. NEET cutoff always changes every year. It all depends on the average marks that all students of general category students get. Once the average is found that becomes the cutoff. But as per last year's cutoff anything about 400 is definitely safe enough to get you into AIIMS Jodhpur under the general category. Hope this helps.
