Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, its a holistic course which offers specialization in the field of:
Marketing.
Finance.
Human resource.
Operations management.
All these specializations offers good career prospects and growth opportunities, most of the students form engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization, However before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course as per your interest and liking.
As per your profile as you have completed engineering, it would be advisable for you to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.
After working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field than you can pursue masters in same field or related fields, where as if you are interested in management you can opt for MBA.

For PhD Computer Science, an aspirant must have a M.E or M.Tech degree in Computer Science. They must have scored more than 75 percent in their qualifying examination in addition to a valid GATE score.
In Kolkata, I may suggest you for two options:-

Indian Statistical Institute
As far as PhD in Networking is concerned, I may suggest you with Institute of Technology under Nirma University, Ahemdabad.
