The eligibility criteria of BFIA at SSCBS (Delhi University) is given below.
Eligibility criteria :
(a) The candidate should have passed or have appeared in Senior Secondary School Examination of CBSE or any other examination considered equivalent by the University of Delhi.
(b) The candidate should have appeared and secured pass marks in English, Mathematics and two subjects from among the following: Accountancy, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Geography, History, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology.
(c) The average marks scored in the four subjects mentioned in (b) above for the different categories should be as follows: Category Percentage of marks General - at least 60% OBC - at least 54% CW/PWD - at least 55% SC/ST - passing in Class XII.
So from above Math is compulsory for BFIA course of SSCBS (Delhi University).

Both the courses have a good career. But medical field is a respected one. Commerce is easier than medical studies. At the same time you can get jobs earlier

To appear for the selection procedure of PUMBA 2020, candidates belonging from Maharashtra must have qualified MAH CET MBA 2020 which will be held on March 14 and March 15. If the aspirant is from outside Maharashtra in that case, such students can apply through CMAT/CAT/MAH CET MBA scores. Candidates will be shortlisted for the PUMBA MBA selection rounds on the basis of their scores in CMAT/CAT/MAH CET MBA. Authorities will release the result of MAH CET MBA 2020 on March 31, 2020 in online mode. Candidates meeting the cutoff criteria will be shortlisted and will be called for the counselling process. The eligibility criteria of M.Des. from NIFT is given below.
Educational Qualification for Masters Programme in Design :- Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute /University recognized by law in India
or
Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.
So from above, If you have completed the three year of diploma from NIFT/NID. than can be eligible for M.Des course but can not get admission in final year of M.Des course.
Further admissions in M.Des courses are based on an entrance test conducted by NIFT.
The eligibility criteria of B.Des is 10+2 or 3 or 4-years diploma recognized by AICTE or a State Board of
Technical Education. So B.Des course is required 3-4 years of Engineering diploma courses of AICTE/State board of technical education. Hence you are not eligible for this course if not completed 10+2. The admissions in asked courses are also done on the basis of NIFT entrance exam.
