You have to choose BAMS. BAMS is much better than BDS. In BAMS your study is equivalent to MBBS because BAMS teaches modern medicine plus Ayurveda medicines. BAMS will be tougher than MBBS. If you want to use Dr. before your name then go through BDS. BAMS is doctor of full body and BDS is dentist. Nowadays, Ayurveda is growing rapidly. Ayurveda is 5000 years old. The eligibility criteria of M.Des. from NIFT is given below.
Educational Qualification for Masters Programme in Design :- Undergraduate Degree in any discipline from any Institute /University recognized by law in India
or
Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.
So from above, If you have completed the three year of diploma from NIFT/NID. than can be eligible for M.Des course but can not get admission in final year of M.Des course.

Yes, the B.Com degree which is obtained from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University is valid to apply for all government jobs.
