It is unlikely that you will get admission into an M.Sc. Chemistry programme at IITs or NITs with 11 marks in the IIT JAM exam since the competition here is pretty high. Typically, cut-off scores are much higher for IITs and NITs, considering the category and institute. Different institutes such as IITs or NITs set their own cut off in the light of examination, applicants, and availability.
