Hi Kesasan, to pursue MBBS in Ireland here are some details that will of use to you. There are six medical schools in Ireland. They are at Trinity College Dublin, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, University College Dublin, University College Cork, University of Limerick and the National University of Ireland, Galway (the National University of Ireland is the degree-awarding institution for all except the University of Limerick and Trinity College). Training lasts four, five or six years.
Medical education is regulated by the Irish Medical Council, the statutory body which is also responsible for maintaining a register of medical practitioners. After graduation with the degrees of BM BS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) or MB BCh BAO (Medicinae Baccalaureus, Baccalaureus in Chirurgia, Baccalaureus in Arte Obstetricia), a doctor is required to spend one year as an intern under supervision before full registration is permitted.

HI Vikas, AICTE is the statutory body of Ministry of HRD and it takes cares of the Technical Courses like B.Tech, B. Pharmacy. MBA and PGDBM Courses. The main fuction of AICTE to look for Infrastructure, the minimum standards as prescribed by the AICTE. For a non-university affiliated courses like PGDBM AICTE plays a greater role and its course contents are also designed by AICTE.
In University affiliated colleges AICTE have minimum role and it is responsible only for the Infrastructure side.
The Supreme Court in one its decision have clearly said that AICTE have no jurisdiction over Universities and they are fee to lunch their own courses and will be responsible for the teaching and course.
Universities are governed by Central Legislation, UGC and State Legislations.
Any University affiliated college without AICTE approval is valid, as it is the responsibility of the University for the awarding of the Degree. Hope this clears your query. ATB.

As such it is quite difficult to get some independent courses in Stock trading/ market but then you can opt for some of the institutes that provide if not exact but similar course like BLB Institute of Financial Market or so.
