As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in 'ANY FIELD'd with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, as per your profile, I would suggest that once you complete your B.com you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt in MBA, that can further enhance your career prospects,

after completion of under graduation course you can go for job in any govt. organisations or in private organisation.
you can also go for higher education like MBA. after completion of MBA you have many job opportunities.
its better to select MBA finance or MBA in HR or MBA in marketing.
many jobs are available for MBA in marketing.
most of the IT companies recruit MBA in HR.

Java is a vast domain and has many area's in it.Core Java which is learning about basics of Java language and is used widely in developing desktop apps, game and embedded systems. Learning core Java might take 2 to 3 weeks , if you put 6 to 8 hours of efforts.
J2EE is used to develop the enterprise applications. Basics of this starts from learning JSP, Servlets and should end up with learning an MVC based framework like Structs2 or Spring. Learning J2EE might take 4 to 6 weeks , if you put 6 to 8 hours of efforts.
Now lets take PHP:-
