As per your query, it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in 'ANY FIELD'd with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, as per your profile, I would suggest that once you complete your B.com you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.

after completion of under graduation course you can go for job in any govt. organisations or in private organisation.
you can also go for higher education like MBA. after completion of MBA you have many job opportunities.

Lets take Java first:-
It depends on what you want to learn in Java. Java is a vast domain and has many area's in it.Core Java which is learning about basics of Java language and is used widely in developing desktop apps, game and embedded systems. Learning core Java might take 2 to 3 weeks , if you put 6 to 8 hours of efforts.
