Dear Santosh,
First of all, congrats on the wonderful marks in the 12th class. LPU offers more than 200 programmes and every programme has different eligibility criteria. For example, for BTech, As the admission eligibility criteria for B.Tech Programs is a minimum of 60%, the subject you qualify universities eligibility examination test, LPUNEST (LPU Scholarship and eligibility test examination).
The fee for this programme is INR 190000 per sem without any scholarship but as per your marks, you will get a good scholarship.

Hi, i suggest you to prefer bsc IT over BCA, BCA is not considered as engineering equivalent when it comes to qualification for any technical / Functional opening. However Bsc IT is considered as engineering equivalent by several tier 1 IT companies.
Also, the BCA will mostly focus on Computer Application , However, Bsc will cover several other aspects of IT. You can check the courses.

As per your score in MAT, it would be difficult for you to get admission in good B-school, so as per your profile, I would suggest you to take CAT 2013 and various other management tests and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school of your choice.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
