Let me first assure you that you are eligible for all the jobs and higher courses for which BCOM (Hons) students can apply. There is not prejudice as far as eligibility is considered. Though some extra favorability is always shown to people with an Hons degree.
To catch up with this, I strongly recommend that you join some professional course along with your graduation. This will work like a double edged sword. You will make you an Industry Ready professional and at the same time this will enrich your resume with an additional qualification.
