Online Business degrees are simply put degree courses offered by universities via the internet. While the curriculum remains the same, the mode of instruction changes and the credits are widely distributed. Not easy by any means neither cheap, these are only a means to an end for people looking for embellishing their resume without really taking a break. While earlier people had their inhibitions regarding the same, the advent of some of the top universities have changed the way people look at these degrees – both students as well as the employers.

The placements of all the programs usually happens together, and which courses and which specialization students are shortlisted that is totally upto the company that is visiting the campus for placements.
International Business is a different course altogether. If you view it as a sibling course of PGDM Core, then it is not going to help.
