To become a registered dietician in India, it is important for you to get registered with Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) and write an exam conducted by IDA. The candidate must have completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics or a M.Sc. In Food & Nutrition, followed by a 6 months internship, to become eligible to write the exam.

Since you did not mention the exam for which counselling is conducted. I can only assume it to be either IIT or State Engineering Entrance board. Nearly all counsellings are conducted online. I would recommend checking on the website of authority conducting counselling.

NIOS is both state and centrally recognised. If the course requires elligibility of 12th passes then you can apply. But you have specifically mentioned PG Diploma, PG Diploma is done after UG courses. So, you are currently not elligible for this course.

Yes, you can do any business after completing your mass communication degree. Mass com provides different range of fields such as advertising, broadcasting includes T. V/Radio/Web, Journalism includes Newspaper/Online, Public Relations, Marketing, Film etc. It is up to you what type of business you want to do or in which field.
