No, Govt. College Dharamshala doesn't provide M.Sc in Botany. The two specializations available in M.Sc at this institution are Geography and Chemistry. So if you have given entrance exam for M.Sc in Botany and want to take admission in botany course only, you need to find another Institute. The probability of getting admission or not, totally depends on the cutoff. As your score is 81, you have a good chance of getting admission. The previous year JNU cutoff for general category was 75 for MCA. So as you have better score than the previous year cutoff, the chances are good. But no accurate prediction can be done because the cutoff may vary every year. So you are adviced to wait for the cutoff to be released.
