You have to go through the migration process in which you can change your college by the same university. You have to take the consent of the both colleges.

You need to have subject of commerce line , you can give CA exam if you clear all exam of CA then it will help you to get good job , you can do Bcom and after that Mcom or MBA

It depends, if you have an instrumentation background or are desirous of a job in oil or process control industries, PLC SCADA can be a good choice. but if you are more towards microprocessors and microcontrollers and is very good in programming skills, then Embedded Systems can be a good choice. Self employment opportunities under contract scheme are there with embedded systems. If you are interested in chip designing and internals with reference to integrated circuit and is desirous of a job in VLSI/Chip Manufacturing/designing industry, VLSI may be a smart choice.
