Hi Harsh,
If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program, then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field.
So after completing class 12th you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However you may surely consider pursuing integrated MBA program i.e (BBA + MBA).
In order to pursue this program you need to be 12th pass from any stream plus you need to take entrance test conducted by various institute.
