Yes, you are eligible to appear for Civil services examination.
The Civil Service Examination is organized by UPSC every year to recruit candidate for IAS, IPS etc.
Eligibility:
-Nationality:
A citizen of India.
-Academic Qualification:
The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any field from a well known college or university.
-Age Limits:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August, in the year of examination.
-Number of attempts:
Every candidate appearing at the examination who is otherwise eligible, shall be permitted four attempts at the examination.
The Civil Services Examinations are held in two phases - the first is called the CSAT which replaces the Preliminary Examination (Prelims). This has 2 papers - the general studies and general aptitude paper.The second Main Examination (Mains). After that, there is the Personality Test or Viva-Voce before the final selection. Graduates can take the entrance examination .

Course – MCA is a 3 years (Full Time) regular course running in Pathankot Campus & Amritsar Campus (Punjab), approved by AICTE and affiliated to Punjab Technical University.
Eligibility - All those candidates who have passed any recognized Bachelor' Degree of minimum three years duration with Mathematics/ Business Statistics/ Quantitative Techniques as Compulsory/ Optional/ additional paper as one of the subjects either at 10+2 or at graduation level OR have passed BCA courses of minimum 3 years duration from any recognized university with atleast 50%.
MCA Fee is Rs. 55,385/- in 1st semester and Rs.35,000/- in 2nd semester for Pathankot and Amritsar campus.
Hostel Fee - Pathankot Campus : Rs. 40,000/-(per annum) and
Amritsar Campus : Rs. 40,000/-(per annum )
Admission Procedure - The admission to Govt. seats are made by Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar through centralized counseling. The admissions under Management Quota, are made directly by the management as per Punjab Govt. /PTU norms.

In order to pursue BBA you must be fulfill the following criteria:
Academic Eligibility ;
> You must be class 12th pass from any stream with 45% - 50% marks.
> English should be one of the subjects.
> You need to have a good score in entrance test.
