They will surely consider a candidate to read when they from IIM if you are MBA already promised University 7 years of work experience it doesn't matter but ps for sure you be answerable to many things as it's a lot of experience of 7 years and you are always so your age factor can be a problem as I am prefer the freshers or people who have only experience of 2 to 3 years.

As per the UPSC's eligibility criteria of CDS for OTA (Men), the candidates need to be unmarried and should have age between 19-25 years.
