St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management's fee structure for the B.E in Mechanical Engineering is not provided on their website. However, according to the hostel costs, the double-sharing AC hostel expenses for boys are INR 1.25 Lakhs for one year, while the double-sharing AC hostel fees for ladies are INR 1 Lacs for one year. The hostel prices include both housing and meals. It should be mentioned that the hostel prices do not cover laundry, however the service is provided.

Yes, you can get direct admissions to St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management (SAITM) by management quota or merit quota selection. Undergraduate direct admissions are strictly based on class 12 qualifying marks, and so on. Usually, entrance exams are exempted under the management quota.
