To become a teacher in special education, you need to have a B.Ed degree in special education. B.Ed Special Education is a teacher training program too. After class 12th, one can pursue only graduation in fields like Science B.Sc Engineering (B.Tech, BE), commerce B.Com BAF) among others. Once you complete your graduation with at least 50% marks, you are eligible to pursue MBA/PGDM from any good college in India.

The basic criterion to take admission in MBA course is to have obtained a graduate degree with minimum 50% marks.
Selection of the candidates in MBA is based on the score of CAT/ CMAT qualification only, followed by GD and PI.

You can surely pursue your higher studies in Canada. You need to appear for IELTS or TOEFL exam. And, need to have a good aggregate of over 70 percent in Bachelors. Depending on the selection of the stream of either MS or MBA, you need to appear for GMAT or GRE.
