Hi Ayush,
If you want to get a higher post by doing MBA in you company then its does not matter whether you do a distance MBA or regular MBA. And pls note that you should consult your company policy before preceding for the course.
In General, as per the companies requirement the distance education courses has always less importance than the regular course. If possible try to do the regular MBA if you want to go for other companies. its good for your future.

You will surely get a job, but due to 2 year time gap it will be little difficult for you to search an appropriate one.
here i have a suggestion that first you should try to get a job in small company and get an experience then you can try for the big company.
