Yes you need to have a qualification of 10+2+3 to apply for MBA but if your 3 years diploma is equivalent to 12th and the diploma you have done after for 2 years is equivalent to graduation then you can apply for MBA but you need to check with the college as every university has a different criteria.

You can do your masters in Hospitality or Hotel Management or according to the profile you want to get in, in which you have interest like Marketing or HR.
If you want to get into Hotel management or F&B then go for masters in Hospitality else you can get into a marketing profile or HR or finance as these are good fields.

There are lots of university and colleges around london area. BCA will be 3 years and MCA will be 1 year. University of sunderland london campus is a good choice.
