I do not have access to the current year's cutoffs for different colleges. However, I can suggest a few colleges in Tamil Nadu that offer B.Tech in IT and have a good reputation:
PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore
Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai
Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering, Chennai
Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore
I would suggest you check the admission process and cutoffs of these colleges to SEE if you are eligible to apply.
