Yes,  ACT or SAT scores are optional for all first-year applicants, including international students applying for University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign admissions.

The cost of attending ARU can vary depending on factors such as course, level of study  like UG or PG and accommodation status however international students considering ARU could be a little higher than compared to UK citizens.
