Hello dear
Most of the industry demand 60% through out the Diploma. As your percentage is less so it will be difficult for you to get opportunity. So I suggest you to get certification on PLC or embedded system so that you have a remarkable thing in resume to show. Good luck.

It is better go for full-time MBA if you can afford to spend 2 years. Else, if you have work experience of more than 3 years, it's better to do an Executive MBA. Going for a distance MBA will not give you any experience of discussing a different solution for a case among the classmates. More than academics there is a lot more to learn in a full-time MBA program.

Hello, every year, cut off is different for different course and also you will get admission or not is based on your categories. But, I can assure you that you can go to any Top IIT in any branch. Branch really won't matter that much. What I see here in IIT KGP is that mining engineers get placed in Goldman Sachs, while metallurgy engineers are CEO of Google. Just give your best in JEE and get as better college as you can. You can study any course being in any branch.
