Yes, you can register for AIBE even if you have not yet received your enrollment number from the state bar council. As per the eligibility criteria for AIBE a candidate who has completed their LL.B. Degree is eligible to apply for the exam. However, it is advisable to contact the state bar council and enquire about the delay in receiving your enrollment number, as it may be required for further legal practice and procedures.

If one wants to practice law oneself then B.A. LL.B. will be the good choice.
