Eligibility criteria is to passed Higher Secondary Examination with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate from any recognised Board or Council, shall be eligible to apply for admission into the First Semester of the B.A. LL.B. Course. Relaxation of 5% of marks will be given to SC, and ST and 2% of marks will be given to OBC & MOBC candidates who are permanent residents of Assam. Yes, transfer from college to college or university to university is possible. The process of transferring universities is pretty simple. All you need to do is find the right university, search its website for an online form and fill it out. Once the form has been submitted, most universities will start their own transfer process within a week or so. You can get admission in other university in the 2nd year onwards through the process of lateral entry. There are some seats for lateral entry students in some of the colleges.
